#StatenIslandLoveDay 2022 came, saw & conquered! 📸💥🏀

The second annual LOVE DAY is an all-day family event coordinated by The Uncle Chase Foundation and Bracketville Books Youth, Education & Sports scheduled to be held on Saturday September 3rd, 2022 at Jennifer’s Playground [Jules Dr. / Goethals Road N., Bull’s Head, Staten Island] from 10am to 6pm. We plan to giveaway school supplies, clothing, food and other items to supporting families and attendees within the community and neighboring communities. There will be tutors, vendors, music, food, drinks, sports and more, available on site.

LOVE DAY is a family day full of activities such as basketball, flag football, water activities, Double-Dutch jumprope, face painting, book signings, music and more. We are committed to giving away school supplies such as notebooks, folders, pens, pencils, bookbags, books, highlighters, shoelaces and other back to school essentials while watching their neighborhood athletes compete for a scholarship and other prizes.

In 2021, our LOVE DAY event included partners and sponsors that came out and represented their organizations by tabling at the event. These companies included Gaeta, Amazon, RUN App, The Dad Bod Project, J and J recycling, REAL Realty, T. Martin Tutoring and more. This year we plan to double the number of tables to increase exposure to our student-athletes and families including small businesses and other community organizations bring people together and increase neighborhood familiarity.
